Screen Printing Machines are the machines to print images or words onto flat or regular curve surfaces. The working principle: screen (stencil) is developed with the photosensitive material, pinhole in the image place and the rest mesh holes blocked up. Then the screen is loaded onto the screen-printing machine, and the squeegee blade presses the ink onto the objects, and printing process is finished. With the characteristics of easy operation, screen printing can be widely applied in such industries as textile, electronics, arts, glass, decoration and publish printing.
Tampo (Pad) Printing Machines are the printing machines which adopts transfer printing method, which renders images and characters to be printed visible on the steel plate through the positive film and etches them on the plate. The etched steel plate is then placed into the ink well. Ink covering blade (ink-cup ring) will fill in the ink and blade away the ink which is not on the images. Afterwards, pad (tampo) presses the steel plate, picks up the ink of the images and then transfers the images onto the objects. Pad printing can be widely applied in the field of commodity, toys, stationery, electric components, electric appliances, plastics, leather, metal, glass, light industry, food packaging, and so on.
