Functions:

This series of equipment is suitable for emulsion coating before screen printing of various materials such as glass light

guide plate, crystal glass, touch screen screen, automobile instrument signage, flower paper printing, large decorative

glass and keyboard printing.

Characteristics:

- Adopting Mitsubishi complete servo system, the coating precision is high and the stability is good;

- High hardness industrial aluminum profiles and engineering plastics are used together after CNC finishing, which can reduce the vibration and noise of the coater to a minimum. To obtain a more uniform coating thickness;

- Simultaneous or separate coating on single and double sides, suitable for printing with different emulsion thicknesses;

- Use the touch screen to set the frequency and speed of coating;

- The coating of different thickness can be obtained by adjusting the coating pressure on the touch screen;

- The touch screen has a storage memory function, which makes the same type of screen operation more labor-saving and simple;

- Matching custom-made emulsion coating trough, with smooth edge;

- The air pressure insufficient alarm device is installed, and the coating cannot be applied under insufficient pressure;

- Replace the screens locking with a pneumatic clamp and a foot switch;

- A tray is installed at the bottom to prevent the emulsion from dripping onto the machine;
